Relive the glory days of the Muscle Car wars with a historical display of the very best cars from Nickey Chicago and Mr. Norm. These displays once again will face off with only real documented Nickey and Mr. Norms cars from 1967-2010 from both of these Chicago Icons. You will also be able to meet current and past staff members, including Don Swiatek, Hi-Performance Cars and Parts Manager for Nickey and Mr. Norm Kraus, owner of Grand Spaulding Dodge.



FOX SPORTS TV NATIONAL COVERAGE:
Fox Sports TV will be on site taping for an upcoming television show that will be entirely devoted to the launch of the Muscle Car and Corvette Nationals. This could be be your chance to show the world how passionate you are about your car! The show will revolve around not only the cars, but the people who devote countless hours preserving, restoring and displaying their cars and also the vendors who cater to us. All Day Saturday.

Featuring the “Top Dog” Muscle Cars from various manufacturers for the 1969 model year.

Shelby Snakepit:
Featuring the country's best real Shelby Ford automobiles from 1965-1970, including a 1966 GT40 and several Cobras along with some of the most significant street and race prepped Shelby Mustangs ever shown.

Corvette L88 Showcase:
Featuring a variety of the very best L88 Corvettes, all real-deal documented cars with incredible history.

sYc Supercars Showcase:
A very special gathering of authentic dealer-built Supercars from Yenko, Gibb and others. Presented by www.Yenko.net. Absolutely no “clones” or “tributes” here!

sYc Members Showcase Display:
This area features some of the coolest Muscle Cars ever assembled. You'll see documented real Muscle Machines. Included will be the worlds' most famous LS6 Chevelle, The Red Alert and a beautiful unrestored original 1972 Hurst/Olds. Presented by www.yenko.net





CELEBRITY APPEARANCES:
Jim Wangers, “The Godfather of the GTO”. Mr. Wangers will be appearing in a very special gathering of authentic Royal Pontiac vehicles, including the original Car and Driver 1964 Royal Bobcat GTO and the CARS magazine 1969 Royal Bobcat GTO. Mr. Wangers will be joining us Saturday and Sunday

Dick Guldstrand, “Mr. Corvette”. Dick Guldstrand will be joining us, signing his book and sharing stories of his involvement with the Corvette, including his time as a team driver racing one of the original Grand Sport Corvettes. Saturday and Sunday.

Arnie Beswick, Arnie “The Farmer” Beswick, legendary Pontiac Racer will be appearing with his latest Tameless Tiger GTO. Saturday and Sunday.

Mr. Norm Kraus, The man behind Grand Spaulding Dodge will be in the Mr. Norms Garage display, sitting behind his original showroom desk ready to take your order! Saturday and Sunday.

Dick Biondi, Yes...that Dick Biondi! Chicago's WLS Radio will present Dick Biondi, who will be broadcasting live from the show. He will be conducting interviews, doing trivia and giving away prizes. Saturday.

Helen (Mrs. Fred) Gibb, We are honored to have Helen Gibb as our special guest. Helen will be showing various memorabilia from her own personal collection in the sYc Supercars Showcase area, featuring various pictures from the glory days of Gibb Chevrolet, LaHarpe, Illinois, home of the ZL1 and many other muscle cars and Gibb supercars. Santa Claus, Yes, Jolly Old St. Nick will be joining us. (you know, he is a muscle car guy, right?) Bring a toy donation (new unwrapped toy) for the Toys for Tots program and get your picture taken with Santa! Both Days.

David's art can be found in many of the world's finest collections and his ever expanding portfolio includes works featuring Nickey, Mr. Norms, Baldwin-Motion, Tasca Ford and a wide variety of others. We are proud to launch our Vintage Certification Program for unrestored, original Camaros and Chevelles. This program is designed to encourage owners to maintain their cars in original condition, as they left the factory. These cars are used to document build methods and other significant and historical features. (This program will expand to additional makes and models in the future).

Dick Guldstrand; “Mr. Corvette”. Dick Guldstrand is one of the legends of Corvette Racing and history. As one of the original drivers of the Corvette Grand Sport, he has devoted most of his life toward developing, racing and promoting Corvettes.

Dr. Pete Giminez: Dr. Pete will be offering his “Corvette Racing Legends, The Story of the L-88 Option Packages” book. He will also be discussing his new COPO book.
